Staging a home for potential buyers typically leads to quicker sales. When you need help deciding what should stay, what should be boxed up, what furniture should stay and where does it show the best – let Tracey provide staging assistance. Minimum 2 hour commitment and billed in 1/2 hour increments after initial 2 hours.

Do-It-Yourself Plans
Clients wanting professional guidance for wish list of design projects within their home, this is the ideal solution. Tracey will spend up to 6 hours within your home talking through your ideas, budget, and timeline. After the in-home consultation, a report will be presented with samples, and pricing information. If you get stuck with a do-it-yourself project, can email or call Tracey for clarification.
